What is the minimum order requirement for wholesale pricing?
We strive to support businesses of all sizes, so we do not have a strict minimum order value. However, bulk discounts are automatically applied to larger quantities of individual items.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and SDS for your ingredients?
Yes, we provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) for all raw materials, essential oils, and fragrances to ensure your finished products meet regulatory standards.
How long does shipping take for bulk orders?
Standard processing time is 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location and the weight of the shipment.
Are your fragrance oils and essential oils skin-safe?
All of our oils are tested for purity and safety. We provide IFRA conformity certificates on each product page so you can determine the safe usage rates for soaps, lotions, and candles.
What is your return policy for raw ingredients?
To maintain the integrity and safety of our inventory, we cannot accept returns on opened raw materials or ingredients. Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local government.
